For property outside Alberta, the team may coordinate an introduction to an appropriately licensed local brokerage or professional. Any services, representation, referral arrangement or remuneration are subject to applicable law and the agreements of the licensed parties involved.

Browsing this site, submitting an inquiry or receiving general information does not create an agency, client, fiduciary or brokerage relationship. Such a relationship is established only through the appropriate written service agreement with the brokerage.
